1. Nature of the Service
Tanvelo provides artificial intelligence model evaluation, stress testing, scoring, and synthetic training dataset generation services.
Tanvelo operates strictly as an advisory, diagnostic, and reporting product. Tanvelo does not automatically alter model weights, modify customer source code repositories, or make unsupervised production deployments.
2. Permitted Use & API Keys
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary authorizations to test, query, and evaluate any AI endpoints or API keys connected to Tanvelo. You agree not to use Tanvelo to evaluate systems for unlawful purposes or generate prohibited content.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain all right, title, and interest in and to your models, prompts, inputs, and generated completions. Any targeted remediation datasets synthesized on your behalf belong exclusively to your organization.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The services and evaluation reports are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Tanvelo applies rigorous multi-vector checks, generative AI systems inherently possess probabilistic variance. Customers remain responsible for validating model behavior prior to production deployment.
5. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the workspace settings. Upon termination, active access will cease and your stored credential data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
